Today also marks a new chapter for this newsletter.

Sometime in the last few weeks, I got the idea to name this newsletter after a concept I’ve been developing for years. Not sure why I didn’t think of it sooner; it was probably meant to be this way.

It all started with a playlist in 2013 while I was doing school work. I called it “HAZY” and created it as a way to inspire my way through a ton of haze: design I didn’t know how to do. Music is a big part of my creation process; it pulls me towards the empty artboard. Through the years, this concept has evolved within me, guiding just about everything I do. Today, I share it with you hoping it helps guide you too.
