Struggling to Keep Projects on Track?

If you're finding it tough to keep your projects on track, I've been there and understand how overwhelming it can be. Here’s how I manage to stay organized:

Whether you're diving into a new project or navigating the complexities of an ongoing one, having a clear approach can make all the difference.

🔑 Project Management is Team Alignment

At its core, project management is about overseeing a project from start to finish to achieve a specific goal or outcome. The key here is CLARITY—you help organize a project and lead your team through it effectively.

I project manage using The Creative Process, which has three main phases:

  1. Discovery: This is where you gather information, understand the problem, and define the project scope.

  2. Creative Exploration: Here, you brainstorm and come up with creative solutions.

  3. Implementation: This is where you put your ideas into action and execute the project plan.

Some other recommendations:

Commit to a Software/Platform: I highly recommend committing to a software or platform that offers view flexibility—both macro and micro perspectives. This helps you manage the big picture while also keeping an eye on the details.

Communication/Information Sharing: Effective communication is vital for project success. Make sure you have clear channels for:

  • Team Communication: Keep your team informed and aligned.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly review progress and address any issues promptly.
